Rancho Mirage is where a luxurious lifestyle meets an incredibly beautiful landscape. It is a small city of about 19,000 people with many full time residents, as well as a large number of seasonal residents – our wonderful desert “snowbirds” who arrive each Fall from their homes in the Northern United States and Canada to enjoy the incomparable beauty of the Winter Season.
A wide range of homes are available in Rancho Mirage ranging from smaller condominiums to large, modern luxury estates. Many of the residents in Rancho Mirage live in beautiful gated neighborhoods which boast various luxury offerings such as gate guards, private club houses, private golf courses, tennis courts and other amenities for their community residents.
